  • Transport from the Calgary airport (YYC) on July 25
  • Transport to the Calgary airport (YYC) on Aug. 6
  • Transport to/from the race, training, and other activities
  • Accommodation from July 25 to Aug. 5 at SAIT Dorms
  • Breakfasts from July 26 to Aug. 6
  • Lunches and dinners from July 25 to Aug. 5
  • Race registrations
  • Gained skills, tactics, friends, and life long memories

Not Included in Registration

  • Cost of transportation to/from Calgary
  • UCI License.  All racers will need to purchase a UCI license from their local cycling organization.  Don't know what this means?  We'll help you, click here.
  • Health Insurance: out of country racers will need to provide travel medical insurance
  • Personal consumption: snacks, race food, mementos, etc.

Registration Fees

  • $2,310, including taxes.
  • If your club/team provides partial reimbursement for race fees, accommodations, etc. please e-mail us for a receipt that separates out these items to fit your needs.

Athletes not Needing Accommodation

If you are a local athlete who is not interested in staying in group accommodations please send us an e-mail by clicking here.  We are happy to work on a package that will include you in group activities and meals.
