MORE INFO
Rider Experience
- This is an event for U17 and U19 female racers who hold a UCI race license. Both groups will race as 1 peloton.
- Racers should have some experience riding in a pack and be comfortable drafting and riding close to other riders
- Athletes should have some race experience before registering for this event
- Training sessions will include advanced skills to help prepare riders who may race in Europe; and intermediate skills for riders who need more confidence in larger packs. Athletes are expected to have basic skillsets such as being able to eat and drink while racing, taking a bottle from a feed zone, safely moving through a peloton.
